With the spread of COVID-19 and monsoon season approaching, the refugees need our aid now more than ever. 

 

• The UN has labeled the Rohingya as “the world’s most persecuted minority”

• Over million Rohingya refugees are displaced throughout the world

• live in inhumane conditions in heavily overcrowded camps, often in extreme heat or cold

• 3 in 4 Rohingya refugee babies are born in unsanitary bamboo shelters

•  for every 100,000 live births, 179 mothers die from preventable causes related to pregnancy and childbirth

• Vaccinations are needed to prevent outbreaks of cholera and measles, and in containing the spread of diphtheria
